Support for Dragon NaturallySpeaking (tm) voice recognition software
CatKing2000 Internet catalogue and e-commerce software has been tested as working with
Dragon NaturallySpeaking Standard voice recognition software, version 4.0 or later
This means that you can now dictate your catalogue text instead of typing it!
A free unlimited version* of this software is currently available in the UK on the cover disk
of PC PRO magazine.
Our tech. support staff have tested this software on an AMD K6/200 system (PentiumII/200 equiv.) with
48Mb of RAM and found its performance and accuracy outstanding. The standard
version will allow you to dictate all the text and description fields of your
CatKing2000 catalogues and to access the menu commands without the need to use
the mouse and keyboard.
*There is an installation problem with the some versions of
NaturallySpeaking that makes you go through the voice training EVERY TIME you
run the software. This is recognised by Dragon Systems and help on fixing it
can be found on thier website: http://www.dragonsys.com
